- Harden the Signals DPG read/write paths and inter-instance discovery.
- Mature the Aggregator DPG bulk-upload and approval flows.
- Expand Voice-AI capture coverage and languages.
- Complete the rollout of Keycloak client-credentials service auth for integrating DPGs, retiring the legacy API-key path.
- More domains beyond livelihoods (skilling, schemes, local services).
- Richer match-scoring and feedback loops from events.
- Observability dashboards over signal flow and outcomes.
- Additional adaptor deployments across districts.
- Shift the capture mix from outbound calling to an inbound, QR-backed helpline, so people reach the system when they have a need.
- Grow the service network around needs beyond placement — counselling, proof of skill, capital, market access, interview preparation.
- Support Common Hiring Standards on the employer side: a named HR contact, a two-day response commitment, and digital hiring notices.
